Contact requests. When you contact us by email (improve@logibotics.eu), phone, or the contact details on the website, we process the data you provide us — such as name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message — to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare or perform a collaboration. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where applicable, the steps necessary to enter into an agreement with you.
Website visits. This website uses Google Analytics 4 to gain anonymised insight into visitor numbers and behaviour (for example, which pages are visited). Google Analytics is only activated once you give consent via the cookie banner (see section 3); without consent, no measurement cookie is placed. We do not use Google Fonts or other external font CDNs, and no embedded maps or videos. The domain is also verified in Google Search Console (via a DNS text record), which lets us see how the site performs in Google search results (impressions, clicks); this is based on Google's own search data and does not place cookies or collect personal data from individual visitors. The other technical data we keep are your cookie preference (stored locally in your browser, see section 3) and the standard technical server logs of our hosting provider (see section 4).
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. On logibotics.eu we use Google Analytics 4 for statistics; the associated cookies are only placed once you give consent via the cookie banner. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.

Google Analytics is technically loaded on every page (via Google Consent Mode), but only places measurement cookies and processes data once you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner or enable it via "Cookie settings". If you choose "Necessary only" or do not give consent, Analytics remains disabled. Google Analytics 4 is configured so that it does not store visitors' IP addresses. Should LogiBotics add additional analytics or marketing tools in the future, this policy and the cookie banner will be updated in advance.
You can change your preference at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of each page, or via your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect how the website functions.

Personal data is in principle processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). Our email environment runs on Microsoft 365; Microsoft generally stores EU customer data within the EU Data Boundary, but as a US company is subject to US legislation. Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) may process data on servers outside the EEA, including in the US. Google is affiliated with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and also offers standard contractual clauses as an additional safeguard. For these and any other processing outside the EEA, we provide appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; request correction or deletion; have processing restricted; object to processing based on our legitimate interest; have your data transferred; and, where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
